SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders will be packaged by us in suitable protective wrappings and boxes and we will make every effort to ensure your package arrives in good condition. We use reputable couriers and constantly monitor their performance, but if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your delivery please contact us at email@example.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Any faulty item may be returned unused or
un- consumed, in or with it's original packaging in accordance with your statutory rights contained in the Consumer Rights act 2018. Items may not be returned due to a change of mind or a preference for another item. Please email us in the first instance if you have an item that you consider faulty.
